Key Responsibilities:

• Set up dining areas before service, including arranging tables and chairs, polishing cutlery and glassware, preparing condiments, folding napkins, and refilling supplies.
• Welcome guests, present menus, explain daily specials, and respond to basic food and beverage enquiries.
• Take guest orders accurately, enter orders into the POS system, and serve food and beverages in the correct sequence and timing.
• Assist in buffet service by replenishing food items, maintaining cleanliness, and guiding guests.
• Clear used plates, glassware, and cutlery promptly and reset tables efficiently.
• Provide water refills, condiments, and side items as required.
• Support banquet setups, including arranging tables, linen, skirting, and equipment.
• Deliver room service orders promptly in accordance with hotel standards.
• Perform side duties such as polishing silverware, cleaning service stations, restocking supplies, organizing storage areas, and cleaning duties as assigned.
• Maintain proper personal hygiene, grooming standards, and a courteous attitude at all times.
• Report guest complaints or unusual incidents to the Captain or Supervisor immediately.
• Adhere to safety and hygiene standards, including food handling, waste disposal, and cleaning schedules.
