Key Responsibilities
- Support the HCD Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the Human Capital Development Department.
- Plan, execute, and monitor the company's Learning & Development (L&D) initiatives, including internal and external training programs.
- Coordinate employee engagement activities, company events, and welfare programmes to strengthen organizational culture.
- Plan and execute Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) programmes under Persatuan Kebajikan LHC.
- Manage recruitment activities, onboarding processes, and orientation programmes for new employees.
- Coordinate Performance Enhancement System (PES) and employee performance appraisal exercises.
- Prepare HR reports, presentations, policies, and departmental documentation.
- Ensure HR practices comply with company policies and applicable employment legislation.
- Support strategic HR initiatives, manpower planning, and talent development programmes.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Management, Psychology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Human Resources or Human Capital Development.
- Experience in Learning & Development, employee engagement, event management, or CSR programmes is an added advantage.
- Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong planning, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with Canva or AI productivity tools is an advantage.
