An IT/OT Network Engineer is responsible for designing, implementing, securing, and maintaining both:

• IT (Information Technology) Networks – Corporate networks, data centers, servers, cloud connectivity, firewalls, VPNs, and enterprise applications.
• OT (Operational Technology) Networks – Industrial control systems, manufacturing networks, SCADA, PLCs, DCS systems, and critical infrastructure environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and support IT and OT network infrastructure.
• Configure and troubleshoot routers, switches, firewalls, and VPNs.
• Implement network segmentation between IT and OT environments.
• Ensure cybersecurity compliance and network security.
• Monitor network performance and availability.
• Support industrial communication protocols and control systems.
• Perform disaster recovery and incident response activities.
• Collaborate with operations, cybersecurity, and engineering teams.
