Job Responsibilities:

A) Production & Material Planning

• Planand coordinate Molding, Secondary Process, and Purchasing activities to ensure smooth production flow.
• RunMRP(Material Requirement Planning) daily and release material requests to Warehouse for timely material kitting.
• RunCustomer Demand Report daily and generate/issue Manufacturing Orders (MO) accordingly.
• RunShortage Report upon MO creation and distribute the shortage list to the respective PIC for follow-up.
• Follow up and monitor CNC, Cable Assembly, and SSL Assembly activities to ensure schedules are met.
• Coordinate with Process Engineer and QA Engineer on sample builds and related planning requirements.
• Understanding FOCAS, total production loading (demand), and capacity. Managingmaterial readiness and production alignment.
• Ensuring the planner can respond quickly and adapt to the production flow as required
• B) Material & Inventory Monitoring
• Monitor daily Raw Material (RM) status and ensure timely shipment-out.
• Trackandfollow up on shortage parts to avoid production delays.
• Monitor MOAging and ensure timely closure and reporting.
• C) Customer & Internal Communication
• Respond promptly to Customer Service emails related to planning, material availability, and delivery commitment.
• Ensure customer demand is efficiently translated into internal production requirements.

D) Reporting & CoordinationJob Requirements:

• Present daily or weekly Production Schedule to management and corporate teams when required.
• Follow up and initiate action items assigned by the HOD to support departmental objectives.
• Minimum Diploma/Degree in Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing or related field
• Experience in production planning, MRP, or manufacturing environment is an added advantage.
• Stronganalytical, coordination, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and planning tools/system.
• Competencies Detail-oriented and organized.
• Strongfollow-up and multitasking abilities.
• Goodteamwork and cross-functional coordination.
• Problem-solving mindset with ability to propose solutions

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,500.00 per month

Experience:

• manufacturing specifically on LED : 1 year (Preferred)
