Key Responsibilities
· Greet customers with a smile and friendly attitude.
· Maintain good communication and teamwork with colleagues and supervisors.
· Collect payment for goods or services and provide refunds when necessary.
· Follow company cash handling and loss prevention guidelines.
· Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
· Ensure merchandise displays are neat, clean, and organized.
· Serve customers by helping them select products.
· Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
· Respond to customers’ questions and inquiries.
· Direct customers by escorting them to racks and counters.
· Manage customer membership and update customer information.
· Provide advice and assistance to customers whenever necessary.
· Resolve issues and complaints by providing appropriate solutions.
· Alert management of potential security issues.
· Maintain cleanliness and tidiness of the customer service area.
· Support day-to-day customer service operations according to SOP.
· Assist in handling product returns, exchanges, or warranty claims.
· Participate in promotional campaigns and events.
· Maintain accurate customer service records and reports.
Key Skills required
· Familiar with POS system.
· Minimum SPM & above.
· Previous experience in retail industry will be a plus.
· Basic knowledge of customer service practices.
· Detail-oriented, responsible, and well-organized
· Able to work independently and as part of a team
· Minimum 1–3 years of experience in customer service-related
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
