1. Job Description

To deploy one dedicated contract worker (CW) to support day-to-day lab operations, focusing on AVI (Automated Visual Inspection) tool support, inspection equipment maintenance, and efficient response to support requests.

2. Scope of Responsibilities

The assigned personnel will be responsible for:

• Full operation coverage on AVI tool support, including Level 1.5 debugging and vision system troubleshooting.
• Conducting routine preventive maintenance (PM) and basic corrective maintenance on AVI equipment, including optics, lighting, and handler mechanisms.
• Monitoring equipment performance, logging abnormalities (such as false call rates or vision alignment errors), and escalating critical issues when necessary.
• Maintaining calibration tools, jigs, and accessories in proper working condition.
• Ensuring compliance with ESD, safety, and lab operational protocols.

3. Work Schedule

• Office Shift: Monday to Friday 8am to 5.30pm

4. Deliverables

• Weekly reports detailing AVI equipment health, calibration status, and maintenance activities
• Timely escalation of inspection equipment issues or downtime
• Compliance to SOPs and detailed shift handover documentation

Requirements

• SKM or Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical/Mechatronic Engineering or related field.
• Prefer individuals who have experience in AVI or Vision. Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Self-disciplined, proactive, and detail oriented.
• Able to work office shift.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
