Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Manager, Gaji tinggi MYR 9,000 di MLDC Berhad Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities

• Oversee the progress and execution of work for full residential block, managing Architecture, C&S and M&E supervisors
• Plan and organise daily site operations, including worker and supervisor briefings, workforce planning, monitoring productivity and material usage to ensure work progress is on schedule.
• Optimise workflow, resource utilisation, and task sequencing for smooth execution.
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate with the site QS for timely material ordering and delivery.
• Act as the key point of contact for resolving on-site technical issues, ensuring compliance with design, quality, and safety standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field
• At least 1 full project cycle as Site Manager or in a similar role
• Experience in high rise residential project is required
• Proficient in using project management software and Microsoft Office.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.

Pay: RM8,000.00 - RM9,000.00 per month
