Kerja Sepenuh Masa BIM Modeler (M-E), Gaji tinggi MYR 7,000 di IAQ Solutions Sdn. Bhd. Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities:

• Creating Architectural, Mechanical HVAC, Mechanical Pipe, Plumbing & Sanitary, Process Pipe and/or Electrical models.
• Ensure that the model aligns with the standards and goals set in BIM Execution Plan and BIM project workflow criteria.
• Collaborate and coordinate internally or/ and externally with other disciplines design-changes and model changes.
• Manage BIM technology implementation and ensure quality deliverables on construction projects.
• Understand and ensure any changes in BIM Models are effectively communicated to project teams.
• Accountable for the quality, safety, health and environmental management and performance at the workplace and project site.

Job Requirements:

• At least Degree in Mechanical or related engineering.
• At least 2 years working experience in the construction industry.
• Able to operate AutoCAD, Revit, BIM Software and MS Office applications.
• Willing to travel or station at project site (Petaling Jaya).
• High level of integrity drives and result oriented.
• Experience in space coordination is an added advantage.
• Able to prioritize and work well under pressure to meet strict deadlines.
• Ability to multitask, working on several projects at any one time.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
