We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR & Admin Assistant to support the daily human resource and administrative operations of our growing company. This role involves recruitment coordination, attendance and leave management, employee records administration, payroll data preparation, HR documentation, and general office support. The ideal candidate should be organized, responsible, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Job ResponsibilitiesAssist in recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate screening, and interview scheduling.
Manage employee attendance, leave records, and staff database.
Prepare and maintain HR documents, including offer letters, confirmation letters, warning letters, and other employment-related documents.
Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files.
Assist in payroll data preparation and monthly HR reporting.
Support onboarding and orientation for new employees.
Handle filing, documentation, and general administrative duties.
Perform other HR and administrative tasks assigned by management.
Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
Basic knowledge of HR administration is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Outlook).
Good communication and organizational skills.
Responsible, detail-oriented, and willing to learn.
Able to handle confidential information professionally.
Basic Salary: RM2,200 – RM2,500
Meal Allowance: RM200 per month
Attendance Allowance: RM100 per month
