Job Requirement:
Minimum 1 year experience
Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or certificate in related field
Main Duties:
Maintenance and repairs: Conduct regular maintenance checks and repairs on mechanical systems, equipment and machinery to ensure they are operating efficiently and safely.
Troubleshooting: Diagnose mechanical issues by inspecting, testing and analyzing equipment and machinery. Develop and implement effective solutions to resolve problems.
Installation and setup: Assist with installation, calibration and commissioning of new machinery and equipment, ensuring compliance with operational standards and specifications.
Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs and inspections. Prepare and update maintenance logs and reports as required.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety protocols and standards while performing maintenance tasks. Ensure that all work is carried out in accordance with company safety policies and regulations.
Equipment Upgrades: Recommend and assist with equipment and modifications to improve performance and reliability.
Collaboration: Work closely with other technicians, engineers and maintenance personnel to support ongoing projects and address any mechanical issues that arise.
Inventory Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels of mechanical parts and tools, ensuring that necessary materials are available for maintenance tasks.
Training and Development: Participate in training programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
