• Develop and execute business strategies to grow EPCC, HVAC retrofit, and energy-saving solution sales.

• Identify opportunities within existing customer installations for equipment upgrades, optimization, replacements, and long-term service contracts.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, contractors, and facility owners.

• Lead customer meetings, technical discussions, site assessments, solution presentations, and contract negotiations.

• Collaborate with Sales, Service, Retrofit, and Energy Solution teams to develop technical and commercial proposals.

• Prepare proposals, energy-saving analyses, cost evaluations, ROI studies, and project payback calculations.

• Conduct site visits and assessments to identify HVAC system improvement opportunities.

• Promote Zero CAPEX and Energy Performance Contracting business models.

• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs.

• Manage sales pipelines, forecasts, proposal submissions, and business reports.

• Support coordination between sales, engineering, service, and project teams.

• Mentor and guide team members in proposal preparation and customer engagement.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and business ethics.

• Perform other duties assigned by management.

• Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, Energy Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in HVAC, energy solutions, building services, technical sales, or business development.

• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, chiller plants, retrofit projects, and energy-saving technologies.

• Understanding of EPCC, energy optimization strategies, and Zero CAPEX business models.

• Strong analytical, communication, presentation, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.

• Able to evaluate energy savings, ROI, lifecycle costs, and project feasibility.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

• Willing to travel for customer visits and site inspections.

• Self-motivated and able to work independently.

• Experience with chiller plants, HVAC retrofits, energy-saving projects, or service business development.

• Knowledge of Building Management Systems (BMS), plant optimization, and HVAC calculations.

• Exposure to EPCC projects, ESCO business models, or energy performance solutions.

• Professional certifications in energy management, HVAC, or project management.

• Experience working with consultants, industrial customers, hospitals, data centres, or other critical facilities.
