Job Purpose:

Review the contract response with the relevant service and business knowledge required including introduction and implementation of all necessary proposal procedures and processes.

Job Responsibilities:

· Resonsible for delivery of compliant, professionally produced proposals within customer defined timeframes

· Coordinate and review / edit proposal input from a variety of stakeholders, typically involving contributions from business units, finance, and legal.

· Facilitate key review meetings / final document review, coordinating proposal governance / sign off, document production and delivery of the completed proposal.

· Lead and coach the proposal team in preparing the proposal to comply with the tender requirements.

· Manage documentations to ensure adherence to the governance.

Job Requirements:

· A Degree in Engineering or equivalent.

· At least 5 years of relevant experience in proposal management in Engineering, Procurement, Fabrication, Construction, Hook Up Commissioning and Modification work for offshore facilities.

· Preferably candidate with work experience as project manager for Offshore EPCIC projects.
