Job Description

• To be based on customer premise.

• Monitor and investigate system, file, and configuration changes across Windows servers and Active Directory environments.

• Administer and support File Integrity Monitoring (FIM), change monitoring, auditing, and compliance solutions.

• Review and analyze alerts related to unauthorized system, file, user, and configuration changes.

• Perform Active Directory auditing, user activity monitoring, and access review activities.

• Generate reports on system changes, compliance status, and audit findings.

• Assist in troubleshooting issues related to monitoring, auditing, and compliance platforms.

• Work closely with customers and internal teams to investigate incidents, validate changes, and implement corrective actions.

• Ensure monitoring policies, baselines, and audit configurations are properly maintained and updated.

• Participate in system health checks and operational support activities.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.

• Preferably someone with atleast 1 year of relevant experience.

• Excellent communication skills in English speaking and writing.

• Ability to work in a client-facing environment and handle operational support tasks.

• Possess driving license and own transport.

• Good working and learning attitude.

Technologies & Skills (Experience in any of the following is preferred):

• Preferably someone who is experienced in Infrastructure Monitoring, File & System Change Tracking, and Log Collection & Investigation.

• Experienced in performing Change Monitoring / File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) and Audit & Compliance Monitoring.

• Experience with tools such as Netwrix, Tripwire, Wazuh, ADAudit Plus, Splunk, SolarWinds, ManageEngine, PRTG, Nagios, or similar solutions is an advantage.

Candidates are not required to have experience in all technologies listed above. Candidates with experience in change monitoring, auditing, compliance, or Windows infrastructure administration are encouraged to apply.
