Role & Responsibilities:

• Implementing project plans and maintaining the work breakdown structure (WBS) schedule under senior guidance.

• Managing assigned project components, including coordinating daily activities and supervising project team members.

• Supporting team members in their project tasks and ensuring alignment with project objectives.

• Facilitating communication between team members and clients for project-related matters.

• Following established project specifications and requirements.

• Monitoring project budgets and reporting variances to senior management.

• Executing project documentation including status reports, schedules, and budget tracking.

• Contributing to project planning based on established requirements and objectives.

• Collaborating with project stakeholders to track progress and address routine project challenges.

• Preparing and delivering regular project status updates to stakeholders.

• Support PM Head in workflow optimization and handle standard project documentation.

• Monitor, address implement any HubSpot issues/tasks as part of the Hubspot internal team.

• Ensure proper documentation of automation workflows and maintain system integrity. 

• Collaborate with technical teams to resolve any HubSpot automation platform issues affecting project delivery.

• Report to the PM Head regarding assigned projects.

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in any relevant field.

• At least 1 - 2 years of experience in project management, events, advertising, digital, social media or client-facing roles.

• Experience in web design and development, and digital marketing is advantageous.

• Creative and passionate about proposing ideas.

• Passionate about digital marketing, understanding trends, digital strategies, and metrics.

• Ability to tell stories with data.

• Experience in task delegation and cross-functions collaboration.

• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Highly organized with a keen sense of attention to detail.

• Able to work well under pressure with last-minute changes and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Self-motivated, good working attitude with a high level of professionalism and integrity.

• Knowledgeable in HubSpot, creating dashboard, Power BI, or Tableau.
