Strategic Sourcing & Cost Management

• Develop and execute sourcing strategies aligned with business goals and annual cost-saving targets.

• Identify, evaluate and onboard global/local suppliers to ensure competitive pricing, quality and delivery.

• Drive negotiations on pricing, contracts and terms to achieve the company’s financial objectives.

• Monitor market trends and commodity pricing to optimize sourcing decisions and mitigate risks.

Supplier & Stakeholder Management

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers through regular performance reviews, audits and  business reviews.

• Collaborate closely with Engineering, Operations and Finance to support production, localization and NPI  requirements.

Compliance

• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company procurement policies and ethical sourcing  standards.

• Manage the sourcing department budget and monitor KPIs such as cost savings, supplier performance and  on-time project support.

• Support supplier audits and travel to supplier sites as required.

Who we're looking for :

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field. MBA or professional certifications is an advantage.

• Minimum 2-3 years in sourcing role within EMS/Contract manufacturing or electronics.

• Strong track record in cost reduction initiatives, supplier negotiations and NPI sourcing support.

• Proficient in ERP/procurement systems (SAP, Oracle) with solid analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Experienced in supplier risk management, regulatory compliance and cross-functional collaboration.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

• Willing to travel for supplier engagement and audits as required.
