Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Operations Engineer di Easteel Services (Malaysia) Johor - Maukerja

Duties and Responsibilities:

•     Monitor production KPIs and identify bottlenecks, losses, and improvement opportunities.

•     Implement Lean Manufacturing practices to improve OEE, reduce waste, and increase productivity.

•     Support preventive maintenance activities, troubleshooting, and Root Cause Analysis (RCA).

•     Drive continuous improvement initiatives including 5S.

•     Support automation and equipment upgrade projects.

•     Ensure product quality meets QA/QC standards and support corrective actions.

•     Ensure compliance with safety procedures and promote a strong safety culture.

•     Support reporting, downtime analysis, and coordination with internal teams and vendors.

Requirements:

•     Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Electrical / Manufacturing / Automation).

•     Minimum 1 years in production, maintenance, or automation in manufacturing.

•     Familiar with Lean Manufacturing, OEE, RCA, TPM.

•     Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

•     Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
