About the role
Armsmotion sdn bhd is seeking an experienced Admin HR to join our team on a full-time basis. Based in our Sungai Besi office in Kuala Lumpur, this role is essential to the smooth operation of our human resources function and administrative processes. You will be the backbone of our HR department, ensuring that all administrative tasks are completed efficiently and that our team members receive excellent support. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on our organisational operations whilst working with a dynamic and growing company.
Key responsibilities
Managing HR administrative tasks, including employee onboarding, off-boarding, and personnel file maintenance
Processing payroll documentation, leave requests, and employment contracts with accuracy and timeliness
Scheduling HR meetings, interviews, and training sessions, ensuring all necessary arrangements are in place
Maintaining HR databases and management information systems, ensuring data accuracy and confidentiality
Preparing HR reports and documentation for management and compliance purposes
Providing administrative support to HR staff and senior management
Assisting with recruitment activities, including candidate screening and interview coordination
Ensuring compliance with HR policies, procedures, and relevant employment legislation
Managing office supplies and equipment as required
Performing general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations
What we're looking for
2-3 years of experience in an HR administrative or similar administrative support role
Strong proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel and Word
Experience with HR management systems and databases
Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
Professional demeanour and ability to work collaboratively with colleagues at all levels
A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
Malaysian employment law knowledge and familiarity with local HR practices (preferred)
