At CAB Cakaran Southern Sdn. Bhd., we operate numerous poultry farms across Johor, producing broilers that meet the Agri-Food and Veterinary Authority of Singapore (AVA) certification standards. These broilers are exported to our Singapore processing plant at Senoko Crescent, where they are processed to meet international quality requirements.

Responsibilities:
Assist in coordinating with project consultants for the development of new broiler farm projects.
Assist in preparing and submitting documentation for Kebenaran Merancang (KM) approval for broiler farm projects.
Coordinate and liaise with relevant government authorities, including Majlis Perbandaran, Pejabat Tanah, Jabatan Kerja Raya, Tenaga Nasional Berhad, and Syarikat Air Johor.
To assist in updating employee’s attendance and leave management.
To organize proper record keeping and filing of staffs’ correspondences and documents.
To handle foreign worker permit renewal, passport renewal and other related tasks to foreign worker.
Liaise and communicate effectively with different stakeholders, including internal departments, external authorities and suppliers for related matters.
Handle general administration tasks for office, including managing documents, filing and maintaining records.
Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office and farms.
To assist in order and ad-hoc tasks assigned.
Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Town and Regional Planning/ Business Administration/ Business Management or equivalent.
At least 2 years related working experience in administrative, especially able to understand farm drawing/ layout/ KM report will be an added advantage.
Must be computer literate and proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
Strong ability to maintain concentration on detailed tasks with high accuracy.
Handle confidentiality documents with high level of discretion and and professionalism.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Initiative, resourceful and self-motivation.
Strong teamwork oriented.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Applicant must be willing to work at Iskandar Puteri, Johor.
