We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Warehouse Executive to support the daily operations of our Distribution Center. In this role, you will work closely with the warehouse team to ensure smooth operational flow, accurate inventory management, and timely reporting to support overall warehouse performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and coordinate daily warehouse operational activities to ensure smooth and efficient workflow.
• Assist in preparing daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports, including data analysis and operational updates.
• Monitor and support inventory control activities, including stock movements, discrepancies, and system updates.
• Assist in coordinating stock count and cycle count exercises, including verification and reconciliation of inventory records.
• Support the management of warehouse equipment and Material Handling Equipment (MHE) to ensure operational readiness.
• Work closely with warehouse supervisors and team members to ensure operational targets and KPIs are achieved.
• Coordinate with internal departments to support business operational requirements and communication flow.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency within the warehouse.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks and operational assignments as required by management.

Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
