Tanggungjawab

The Human Resources Intern (Recruitment) will support the recruitment function by assisting in talent sourcing, candidate screening, interview coordination, employer branding activities, and recruitment administration. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment lifecycle within a dynamic manufacturing and technology environment.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment Support

  • Assist in posting job vacancies on job portals, social media platforms, universities, and other recruitment channels.

  • Source potential candidates through online platforms, databases, and networking activities.

  • Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

  • Conduct initial candidate outreach and interview scheduling.

  • Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

  • Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Campus Recruitment & Employer Branding

  • Support career fairs, university engagement activities, and internship recruitment programs.

  • Assist in creating recruitment posters, social media content, and employer branding materials.

  • Build relationships with universities, colleges, and student organizations.

  • Promote Aemulus internship and graduate programs.

Recruitment Administration

  • Prepare interview documents and candidate assessment materials.

  • Assist with pre-employment documentation and onboarding activities.

  • Ensure candidate records are accurately maintained and updated.

  • Support recruitment reporting and data analysis.

HR Projects

  • Participate in HR initiatives and continuous improvement projects.

  • Assist with employee engagement activities when required.

  • Perform other HR-related duties assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology, Marketing, Communication, or related disciplines.

  • Strong interest in recruitment, talent acquisition, and employer branding.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

  • Familiarity with social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok is an advantage.

  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn.

Preferred Attributes

  • Creative in social media content creation and employer branding activities.

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills.

  • Comfortable interacting with candidates and external stakeholders.

  • Experience in Canva, graphic design, or content creation is an added advantage.
