About the role

We are seeking a talented .Net Full Stack Developer to join our growing development team at One Two One Advisor Sdn Bhd. This is a full-time position based in Petaling Jaya, Selangor. As a .Net Full Stack Developer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining robust applications that drive our business forward. You will work across both front-end and back-end technologies, contributing to the creation of scalable solutions that meet our clients' evolving needs. This position offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects whilst developing your expertise across the full technology stack.

Key responsibilities

1. Develop and maintain full-stack applications using .Net frameworks and related technologies

2. Design and implement back-end solutions, including APIs, databases, and server-side logic

3. Create responsive and user-friendly front-end interfaces using modern web technologies

4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and other developers to deliver high-quality solutions

5. Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards

6. Perform code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members

7. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues and performance bottlenecks

8. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering through deployment and support

9. Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends within the .Net ecosystem

What we're looking for

1. Proficiency in C# and .Net framework (.Net Core or .Net Framework)

2. Strong experience with front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and modern frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue.js)

3. Solid understanding of relational databases (SQL Server, MySQL, PostgreSQL) and experience with Entity Framework or similar ORM tools

4. Experience with RESTful APIs and web service development

5. Knowledge of version control systems, particularly Git

6. Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and practices

7. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team

8. Excellent communication skills and attention to detail

9. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience)

10. Proficient in leveraging modern AI coding assistants and LLMs to accelerate development workflows, optimize existing logic and perform efficient debugging. Experience with :

• AI IDEs & Agents : Cursor or Claude Code

• Coding Assistants : GitHub Copilot

• Core Models: Deep understanding of prompting frontier models like Claude (Opus/Sonnet) and ChatGPT (GPT-5/4o) for architectural reasoning, security best practices, and complex SQL optimizations
