HIRING NOW – ADMIN ASSISTANT
Location: Pusat Komersial Bayu Tasek, Kota Southkey, Johor Bahru
Salary: RM2,350 – RM2,400
Working Hours: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, organize, and maintain company documents and filing systems
  • Assist HR with payroll-related records such as attendance, leave, OT, and claims
  • Prepare quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and reports
  • Coordinate with the operations team regarding cleaners' schedules and site requirements
  • Monitor inventory of office supplies and cleaning materials
  • Assist with recruitment activities, interview scheduling, and onboarding documentation
  • Liaise with clients, suppliers, and employees to ensure smooth daily operations
  • Support management with administrative duties and ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Knowledge of HR documentation and basic accounting is an added advantage
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
