We are looking for a proactive and responsible HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee records, attendance, leave administration, training coordination, HRDF-related matters, and other daily human resource functions. The ideal candidate should possess good communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Manage recruitment and interview arrangements
- Prepare HR documents, letters, and reports
- Handle employee attendance, leave, and personnel records
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
- Support daily HR and administrative operations
- Manage payroll administration and overall HR functions.
- Coordinate the full recruitment cycle from hiring to onboarding.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
- Process and submit statutory requirements (PCB, EPF, SOCSO, EIS) in a timely manner.
- Support HRDF-related matters, including training coordination and claims.
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies.
- Manage employee training and internship program
Requirements
- Degree in Human Resource Management or related field
- Minimum 2 year of working experience in HR
- Knowledge of employment regulations and HR practices
- Familiarity with HRD Corp (HRDF) claims and training administration is an added advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Familiar with Malaysia labor law
- Experience in payroll processing
Pay: RM1,715.34 - RM5,016.94 per month
