Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support and troubleshooting for Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP modules.
• Support business processes involving Procurement, Inventory Management, Order Management, Finance, Projects, and Supplier Management.
• Work closely with end users to identify, analyse, and resolve system-related issues.
• Assist in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), System Integration Testing (SIT), and system upgrades.
• Develop and maintain BI Reports and system reports to support business operations.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely issue resolution.
• Analyse business requirements and recommend process improvements and system enhancements.
• Support ERP implementation, configuration changes, and project-related activities.
• Prepare user documentation and conduct user training when required.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Accounting, Finance, or related discipline.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in ERP Functional Support, Business Systems Support, or IT Project Coordination.
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP will be an added advantage.
• Knowledge of SQL scripting, database tools, and data analysis.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Pay: RM4,500.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
