Job Descriptions:

• Responsible for the management of project documents as well as supporting ad-hoc administrative duties within the project.
• Preparation, organization, coordination or project documentations according to customers’ specification
• Editing, formatting and publishing of documentation accordingly to required templates.
• Maintaining document changes.
• Ensuring on time submission of documentation deliverables.
• Providing ad-hoc administrative support when required.

Requirements:

• Diploma and above in relevant fields
• At least 1 year of relevant working experience in document controller, document management, project administrative, etc.
• Meticulous and proficient in Microsoft Offices.
• Strong verbal English communication skill.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
