Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and service-oriented individual to join our Front Office team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling guest enquiries, providing excellent guest services, and managing guest check-ins and check-outs to ensure a pleasant and memorable stay experience.

Responsibilities

  • Provide warm and professional hospitality to all guests throughout their stay.
  • Handle guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently and accurately.
  • Assist guests with enquiries regarding hotel facilities, transportation, directions, and general information.
  • Ensure all guest requests and concerns are addressed promptly, courteously, and effectively.
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service at all times.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Front Office Manager or Duty Manager.

Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Hospitality, Tourism, or a related field.
  • Positive attitude with a pleasant personality.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Customer service-oriented and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
