Administration Assistant (Commissioning Department)
The Administration Assistant (Commissioning Department) shall report to the Senior Commissioning Executive of the Commissioning Department, YTL Power Services (YTLPS).
Job ResponsibilitiesA. Administrative & Support Duties
- Handle general administrative tasks and provide support to staff, including responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, including tracking work progress and updating documentation as required.
- Transfer all paperwork and documentation to the departmental file server in a timely manner.
- Carry out official errands outside the office as needed, including visits to government agencies and other relevant organizations for documentation or administrative matters.
- Support the planning, coordination, and management of personnel mobilization and demobilization.
- Assist with visa applications and processing, including preparing required documentation and coordinating with relevant authorities.
B. Communication
- Maintain effective communication through telephone, company communication platforms, and email during working hours.
RequirementsEducation & Experience
- SPM or equivalent qualification and above.
- Experience in administrative support, travel coordination, logistics, or related functions is an advantage.
Skills & Competencies
- Good command of English.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to handle external and internal inquiries professionally.
- Ability to prioritize tasks .
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
Pay: RM2,800.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
