EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT

Work Location:

MEGAN AVENUE 1

Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Monitor & update employee leave and attendance: Sick leave, and other absences to ensure compliance with company policies;
  • Coordinate office supplies and equipment: Order and maintain necessary supplies and equipment for the department.

Document Management:

  • Organize and maintain files, both electronic and physical, related to the bank portfolio;
  • Prepare and draft correspondence, reports, and presentations as needed;
  • Assist with the preparation of presentations.

Data Analysis:

  • Collect and prepare data related to the bank portfolio, performance metrics, and trends;
  • Prepare standard reports and summaries based on data analysis.

Compliance:

  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws and regulations;
  • Assist with the preparation of compliance reports and audits.

Requirements

  • Diploma and Degree holder majoring in any field;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant working experience;
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Meticulous and detail-oriented;
  • Microsoft Excel Savvy;
  • Microsoft Word Savvy.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
