Job Description:
A Sales Advisor is responsible for selling PROTON vehicles and providing excellent service to customers. The role involves advising customers, handling sales processes, and achieving sales targets.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist customers at the showroom
- Explain PROTON car models, features, pricing, and promotions
- Understands automobiles by studying characteristics, capabilities, and features; comparing and contrasting competitive models; inspecting automobiles.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable vehicles
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and follow up with customers
- Closes sales by overcoming objections; asking for sales; negotiating price; completing sales or purchase contracts; explaining provisions; explaining and offering warranties, services, and financing; collects payment; delivers automobile.
- Arrange test drives for customers
- Achieve monthly sales targets set by the company
- Maintain good relationships with customers before and after sales
- Update customer information and sales records
- Work closely with the sales and management team
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM / Diploma (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in sales and the automotive industry
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
- Able to work weekends and public holidays
- Possess a valid driving licence
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
