Full Time Technical Operator Jobs, Salary up to MYR 2,400 in Ispire Malaysia Johor - Maukerja

Main Responsibilities:

• Maintain high standards of output quality.
• Assist in optimizing the production process and ensuring product excellence.
• Assemble device tools to facilitate the final product assembly.
• Regularly inspect and uphold the cleanliness of production equipment.
• Operate and oversee the performance of production equipment as required.
• Execute assigned tasks under the guidance of the Production Technician and Supervisor.
• Performs manual assembly, operation of automated assembly equipment, hand soldering, operation of automated test equipment, and inspection and repair of products.
• Ability to set up, operate, calibrate and maintain assembly and hand soldering equipment and tools.
• Ability to recognize problems in the assembly process or with assembly components and to address those problems

Min Competency – Education/ Training/ Experience/ Skill:

• Proficient in reading, writing, and basic arithmetic.
• Able to adhere to assigned shifts.
• Willingness to work overtime when required.
• Essential experience in soldering.
• Prior experience in manufacturing is necessary.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM1,900.00 - RM2,400.00 per month
