Job Description & Requirements:
Operate according to established work instructions and standard operating procedures.
Handle ingredient preparation, including cutting and seasoning.
Monitor equipment operations and perform basic machine troubleshooting when necessary.
Prepare and oversee the cooking of sauces and soups.
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and hygiene of the workstation at all times.
Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene standards, and company policies.
Maintain proper stock levels and assist with inventory management.
Carry out additional duties assigned by the immediate supervisor as required.

Able to follow standard operating procedures accurately and work efficiently under time constraints.
Willing to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays, in accordance with F&B operating hours.
