HRIS Executive (Data Migration & Support)
Fixed-Term Contract | Project-Based Role

Role Summary

Support the HRIS implementation project by managing employee data cleansing, validation and migration activities across multiple legacy systems. The role is responsible for ensuring data accuracy, completeness and readiness before migration and go-live activities. This position will also support CRP, UAT validation, payroll parallel run reconciliation and operational HR data support throughout the implementation phases.

Key Responsibilities

• Support HRIS data cleansing, validation and migration activities across legacy systems
• Extract, compile and maintain employee master data and related HR records
• Validate and reconcile employee data to ensure accuracy and completeness before migration
• Prepare and maintain data mapping files, trackers and migration documentation
• Support P-file digitisation, document verification and records management activities
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders and vendors on data preparation, validation and issue resolution
• Assist in CRP, UAT and payroll parallel run validation activities
• Support payroll and HR operational teams during critical implementation and transition periods
• Maintain confidentiality and proper handling of employee records and sensitive information
• Support post-migration verification, reconciliation and data correction activities where required

Pay: RM2,600.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
