Job Responsibilities
- Sign up new sites to maximum retail touch point.
- Lease out additional space and sign up new sub-tenant to maximum rental income.
- Plan and identify geographical location for new real estate property expansion.
- Source and engage external party for site proposals.
- Conduct market survey, on site visit, proposal negotiations, presentation and approvals.
- Review and follow up on Lease documents for landlord and tenant.
Job Requirements
Education & Qualification
- Diploma & above
- Any Property/Real Estate/Leasing/Business related study
Relevant Experience & Years of Service
Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in Property/Real Estate/Retail Leasing industry.
Technical Skills, Professional Knowledge & Competencies
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills
- Possess own transport as require to travel frequently
