Procurement (June / July 2026)

• Support the Procurement team in various sourcing, vendor coordination, and administrative tasks to ensure smooth operations.
• Assist in purchase order processing, supplier documentation, and maintaining an accurate audit trail for compliance.
• Contribute to inventory tracking, data management, and reporting to support operational needs.
• Maintain a comprehensive audit trail for all procurement activities to ensure compliance with standards and procedures.
• Undertake ad-hoc tasks or responsibilities as assigned by Management.

Requirements:

• Pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Procurement, Finance, or related fields.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Well-organized, able to multitask, and communicate effectively.
• Able to meet tight deadlines and liaise with multiple stakeholders.

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM1,000.00 per month

• Petaling Jaya: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
