We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Valuation Intern to join our valuation team. This role provides hands-on exposure to real estate valuation practice, including residential, commercial, and industrial properties in Malaysia.

The intern will assist in preparing valuation reports, conducting market research, analysing property transactions, and supporting senior valuers in day-to-day assignments. This role is ideal for individuals looking to build a strong foundation in property valuation and real estate consultancy.

Success in this role means producing accurate and well-supported valuation inputs, demonstrating strong analytical skills, and progressively gaining the ability to assist in preparing professional valuation reports with minimal supervision.

This position plays an important supporting role within the organisation, contributing to timely delivery of valuation reports and enhancing the firm’s research and market intelligence capability.
