Full Time BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 4,500 in PERTIMA TRENGGANU SDN BHD Terengganu - Maukerja

Responsibilities:-

• Reporting direct to General Manager & responsible for planning and executing the trade marketing strategies for Pertima products.
• Proven track record in driving multi-channel business programmes and responsible for developing business strategies and initiatives, manage marketing budget, creating marketing briefs for all key strategies.
• Strong knowledge in e-commerce and digital marketing is a must. Key responsibilities include optimization of digital spends, analyse on-going campaign performance and able to suggest macro and micro changes to maximize sales and business efficiency.
• Strong, inspirational leadership skills to manage and motivate a marketing team to deliver marketing activities, campaigns, collaboration and build customer engagement to increase brand awareness and drive sales performance.
• To prepare the marketing plan which include the situation analysis (market, consumer, competitor, sales performance and resource), identify key issue, propose directional solution and action plan.
• Identify new market and business opportunities through gathering marketing information, analysis of competitor products and also technological trends in the food industry.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholder within the organisation to support new business growth, through channel expansion, new product launches/extension.
• Review and analyse brand and campaign performances against goals and create plan to meet goals, drive revenue, share and growth for the brands.

Requirements: -

• Bachelor Degree in Business Administration/Marketing or in any related field
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in marketing, brand management, digital, media and advertising
• Experience in ecommerce, export or retail industry will be an advantages
• Must have experience in food industry/supply chain/retail/FMCG
• Ability to work effectively and independently within a dynamic working environment

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,500.00 per month
