About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Operations Assistant plays a key role in ensuring seamless end‑to‑end operations across procurement, logistics, inventory, warehouse and order management within a regulated medical device environment. The role supports the timely and compliant availability of products, efficient coordination with suppliers and internal stakeholders, and overall operational excellence. This position directly contributes to business continuity, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Liaise with Sales to analyse product demand and confirm purchase quantities.
- Update and maintain sales and purchase orders in the ERP system.
- Issue purchase orders to suppliers and follow up on timely fulfilment.
- Manage inventory accuracy, including physical stock checks and discrepancy investigations.
- Prepare monthly reports on outstanding orders, stock expiry, and inventory ageing.
- Coordinate daily logistics deployment to ensure timely deliveries.
- Monitor logistics performance, conduct cost analysis, and resolve delivery issues.
- Conduct goods receipt, physical inspections, and ensure proper warehouse storage compliance.
- Support cycle counts and periodic warehouse stock audits.
- Execute end-to-end procurement activities, including supplier coordination, ETA tracking, customs clearance, and handling operational enquiries.
