Admin Assistant | Summer Role (Post-Exams Intake) | Operations & Coordination Excellence

This is a hands-on operational role where you will be entrusted with real responsibilities that directly support day-to-day execution across the team. You will gain exposure to how structured workflows, coordination systems, and operational processes function in a real business environment.

What You Will Do

  • Handle document verification, data checks, and operational follow-ups
  • Coordinate scheduling, confirmations, reminders, and internal communications
  • Maintain accurate records across CRM systems, Excel trackers, and Google Sheets
  • Prepare operational documents such as templates, meeting notes, reports, and checklists
  • Manage digital filing systems with strong attention to accuracy and consistency
  • Support daily operational coordination to ensure smooth workflow execution
