What You'll Do:
Provide technical support and troubleshoot hardware and software issues

Ensure network security through monitoring and updates
Assist in system upgrades and new technology implementation
Collaborate with other departments to enhance IT processes
Document procedures and maintain inventory records

What We're Looking For:
Minimum of 1 year of experience in IT support or related field
Strong understanding of networking concepts and operating systems
