Operations Manager

Salary: $3,000 – $5,000/month

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our F&B and retail business. The ideal candidate is organized, hands-on, and able to lead a team while ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily outlet operations and ensure smooth workflow
• Lead, supervise, and support team members
• Monitor sales performance and operational efficiency
• Coordinate with tenants, suppliers, and service providers
• Maintain high standards of customer service
• Assist with inventory control and stock management
• Ensure compliance with company policies and operational procedures
• Support marketing campaigns, events, and promotions
• Prepare operational reports and recommendations for management

Requirements

• Previous experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or F&B management
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Able to work independently and solve problems effectively
• Organized and detail-oriented
• Proficient in basic computer applications

Pay: $3,000.00 - $5,000.00 per month
