Role Description The Instructor will design, deliver, and continuously improve engaging learning experiences for students and alumni of the Programme Grande École at CESAG. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Kuala Lumpur, requiring regular classroom teaching, workshop facilitation, and individual or small-group academic support. Responsibilities include preparing course materials, developing assessments, grading assignments, and providing constructive feedback to support learner progress. The Instructor will collaborate with academic and administrative teams to align course content with program objectives and accreditation standards, and may contribute to curriculum development and academic projects. The role also involves participating in faculty meetings, maintaining accurate records, and supporting events or initiatives that strengthen the student and alumni community.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in teaching, training, or facilitation in higher education or professional programs, preferably in business, management, or related fields.
  • Strong curriculum design and lesson planning abilities, with a focus on learner-centered and outcomes-based education.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly to diverse audiences.
  • Proficiency with digital learning tools, office productivity software, and learning management systems to support teaching and assessment.
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, while managing responsibilities independently and meeting deadlines.
  • Commitment to inclusive, gender-neutral, and non-discriminatory teaching practices that support learners from varied backgrounds.
  • Master’s degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline (e.g., Business, Management, Education, or related field); a doctoral degree is an asset.
  • Experience mentoring or advising students and familiarity with international or multicultural academic environments are considered strong advantages.
