Are you a structural engineering graduate - or early in your career with up to three years' experience - who's ready to do genuinely exciting work? Holmes is looking for driven, curious engineers to join our Queenstown Structures team, and we'd love for you to be one of them.
What you'll be doing
From day one, you'll be working on real, high-profile projects alongside experienced vertical and horizontal structural engineers and technical specialists. That means meaningful design and detailing work, site visits, and exposure to some of the most complex and interesting engineering challenges in New Zealand - contributing to work you'll actually be proud to put your name on.
You'll also be part of Holmes University, our in-house graduate programme, with fortnightly tech sessions designed to bridge the gap between classroom theory and real-world practice. We invest seriously in our people because we know that's how great engineers are made.
What life at Holmes looks like
We work hard, but we also know how to have a good time. Expect team lunches, morning teas, touch and netball teams, pub quiz, running groups, boot camps, and yes - even a puzzle club. Our Social Good team keeps us connected to the community too, through volunteering with organisations like Habitat for Humanity and the City Mission.
