Requirements

  • Minimum SPM, Diploma, or equivalent qualification.
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Experience in insurance administration, automotive industry, or operations support is an added advantage.
  • Basic knowledge of motor insurance processes and documentation is preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

Tanggungjawab

Role Focus: Insurance Administration & Operations Support

Ownership 1 – Insurance Case Management

  • Process new, renewal, and used car insurance cases, as well as other requests from Sales Advisors (SAs) and customers, ensuring accuracy and timely completion.
  • Handle endorsement requests and ensure all policy updates are properly documented and processed.
  • Update and maintain assigned operational reports, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and reliability.

Ownership 2 – Operational Support & Coordination

  • Support daily operations for both motor and non-motor insurance tasks.
  • Assist in covering the responsibilities of teammates during leave or medical absence to ensure smooth workflow continuity.
  • Perform ad hoc duties assigned by the Head of Department and ensure timely follow-up and completion

Key Responsibilities & Expectations

  1. Execute insurance administrative tasks accurately, efficiently, and with strong attention to detail.
  2. Maintain organized documentation and proper record keeping for easy reference and handover.
  3. Coordinate effectively with internal departments, Sales Advisors (SAs), insurers, and customers in accordance with SOPs.
  4. Support departmental initiatives and maintain operational and service standards.
