 Minimum 1–3 years experience in interior design (residential preferred)

1. Strong understanding of space planning and renovation detailing
2. Proficient in:

• AutoCAD
• Basic rendering tools

1. Good knowledge of:

• Materials and finishes
• Construction methods
• Local renovation practices

1. Ability to work independently and in a team
2. Responsible, organized, and able to meet deadlines
3. Willing to attend site visits and handle project coordination
