Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of working experience in accounting and administrative functions.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word.
  • Experience in the construction industry is preferred.
  • Familiarity with accounting software 
  • Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.

Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Account & Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling daily accounting functions and administrative tasks to ensure smooth business operations. Candidates with experience in the construction industry will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities

 

Accounting

  • Handle daily accounting operations, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL).
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, receipts,and other finance work. 
  • Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.
  • Monitor outstanding payments and follow up on collections.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly financial reports and management accounts.
  • Maintain proper accounting documentation and filing systems.

Administration

  • Provide general administrative and clerical support to the office.
  • Manage company correspondence, filing, and documentation.
  • Assist in preparing reports, letters, and other business documents.
  • Coordinate office supplies and maintain administrative records.
  • Support management with ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned.
