We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow PSDS Developer to design, configure, and develop Case Management System (CSM) solutions on the ServiceNow platform. You will work within the Platform & Service Delivery Solutions team to build scalable, high-quality service management capabilities that streamline case workflows, automate processes, and improve service delivery across the organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM modules including Case Management, Agent Workspace, and Service Portal
- Configure and customize workflows, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and Flow Designer automations
- Build and maintain integrations between ServiceNow CSM and third-party systems via REST/SOAP APIs and IntegrationHub
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions within the ServiceNow PSDS framework
- Develop and maintain Update Sets, Application Scopes, and deployment pipelines across dev/test/prod instances
- Support data migration, instance upgrades, and patch management activities
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders during requirements gathering and solution design
- Write and maintain technical documentation including design specs, test plans, and runbooks
- Perform code reviews and ensure adherence to ServiceNow best practices and platform governance standards
- Provide Level 3 support for CSM-related incidents and enhancements
Required Qualifications
- 4-5+ years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) module configuration and development
- Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Glide API
- Experience with Flow Designer, Workflow Editor, and Business Rules
- Solid understanding of ServiceNow data model, ACLs, and security concepts
- Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and IntegrationHub spokes
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies
- Holds a valid ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification or equivalent
Nice to Have
- Exposure to ATF (Automated Test Framework) and performance analytics
- Knowledge of CMDB and service mapping
- Experience in a PSDS or managed services delivery environment or public sector
This is a contract role: 10 months + 1 year
