Duties & Responsibilities

Responsibilities

• Maintain and control project documents, drawings, quality records, and correspondence.
• Ensure the latest approved documents are distributed to relevant project teams.
• Prepare, update, and monitor Inspection & Test Plans (ITP), inspection records, and document registers.
• Coordinate inspections with clients, consultants, and project teams.
• Monitor NCRs, corrective actions, material approvals, warranties, and test certificates.
• Conduct site quality inspections to ensure compliance with project specifications and approved drawings.
• Attend project meetings, prepare meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Maintain proper filing and archiving of project records upon project completion.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Construction, Engineering, Building, orequivalent qualification. Minimum 3 years of relevant experience inconstruction projects.
• Knowledge of QA/QC documentation and document controlprocesses, including ITPs, WIRs, MIRs, NCRs, material approvals, and qualityrecords.
• Familiar with construction drawings andspecifications.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and document management systems.
• Good communication, organizational, and report-writing skills.
• Ability to prepare meeting minutes and coordinate project documentation.
