About the Job:

We are looking for Maintenance/Operations & Support (O&S) Executive/Specialist to ensure our Singapore projects run smoothly. You'll handle everything from maintenance to paperwork, providing essential office support.

What You’ll Do:

• SLA Management: Manage service agreements, track deadlines, and resolve issues promptly.
• Documentation: Organize and maintain maintenance documents for easy access.
• Document Preparation: Create clear and visually appealing documents and reports.
• Procurement: Assist with ordering spare parts and coordinating with suppliers.
• Administrative Support: Support the team with paperwork, meetings, and scheduling.
• Event Logging: Track maintenance activities and identify trends for better planning.
  

Requirement:

• ITE or Diploma in Engineering related field. Bachelor Degree is a plus.
• Microsoft documentation skill is advantage.
• Experience in maintenance or office support.
• Basic understanding of maintenance and equipment.
• Good organizational and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and team player.
• Comfort using computers for various tasks and reports.
