Job Summary
Join Elush as a Service Technician to diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair smartphones, laptops, and desktops while delivering excellent customer service and advancing your technical career.
Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues on smartphones, laptops, and desktops to restore device functionality
- Replace components, install software, perform upgrades, and troubleshoot system errors to ensure optimal device performance
- Assemble, test, and maintain PC systems to meet quality and operational standards
- Conduct quality checks on repaired devices to ensure high repair standards are met
- Assist customers by answering technical enquiries and providing clear, professional repair advice
- Maintain accurate repair records and service documentation for accountability and tracking
- Support daily service centre operations and assist walk-in customers efficiently
- Communicate repair outcomes, technical findings, and warranty information clearly to customers
- Stay updated on the latest technology, products, and repair techniques to enhance repair quality
- Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned to support team and operational needs
Preferred competencies and qualifications
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience repairing smartphones or computers
- Experience troubleshooting PC hardware and software issues
- ITE, Diploma, or relevant qualification in Electronics, Engineering, or related fields
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills applied to technical repairs
- Good communication and customer service skills to engage effectively with customers
- Self-motivated and responsible with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
