Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Pharmacy Assistant. Based in Bandar Klang, the Pharmacy Assistant will support pharmacists in dispensing prescriptions, maintain and manage inventory, assist with customer inquiries, and deliver excellent customer service. Daily responsibilities also include ensuring an organized environment, following proper procedures, and maintaining professional communication both in-person and over the phone.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of handling prescriptions and assisting in pharmacy operations
• Strong proficiency in Inventory Management and organizational skills
• Excellent Customer Service skills to address inquiries and assist customers professionally
• Proficient Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with a team in a fast-paced environment
• Attention to detail and accuracy in following procedures
• Prior experience or certification in pharmacy assistance is an advantage
